Upgrade from your SpreadsheetConverter licence
Existing version 10 and 11 licence holders get an introductory price on a version 12 subscription.
Upgrade details: your perpetual licence keeps working, Advanced Submit, and the software upgrade guarantee.
The plans below show regular prices. Your personal upgrade price appears in the plans after you enter your licence key.
Turn your Excel workbooks into web calculators and forms. Your subscription includes SpreadsheetConverter Server hosting.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
All calculators published using Publish to Cloud continue to work, even after your subscription ends. Visitors can keep using your calculators and submitting forms.
You’ll still receive submissions by email. After your subscription ends, these emails contain a simple list of the submitted data instead of a PDF copy of the completed form.
All prices in USD. Pay monthly, or save about 15% with yearly billing.

Who uses your forms?
- Builders
- Convert .xlsx workbooks into web pages. When signed in to SpreadsheetConverter Server, builders can see all submitted data in their account.
- Team members
- Employees and colleagues who sign in to SpreadsheetConverter Server and belong to workgroups. Their workgroup determines which data they can access. These additional team members are counted separately from builders.
- End users with email
- Fill in forms and can see only their own data. By entering their email address in a field called “email”, they can find their own forms again using that email address.
- Anonymous end users
- Fill in forms and can see only their own data, without entering an email address. Access depends on their browser cookies. After closing the browser and deleting those cookies, they can no longer access their previously filled-in forms.
End users are the people who fill in your forms, rather than your team members. Neither type of end user uses an additional team member place.
