EU/EEA & UK Consumer Terms Supplement
Last updated: 1 June 2026
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and, in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
Digital services exception: if you ask us to begin providing the service during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal ends at that point; for a paid subscription started early, any refund is pro-rated for the part already supplied.
Statutory conformity rights
For consumers in Sweden, the Konsumentköplagen and Distansavtalslagen apply; in other EU/EEA countries and the UK, your local mandatory consumer law applies. These rights take precedence over the warranty disclaimer and liability limitation in the general Terms to the extent the law does not permit their exclusion. Nothing in the general Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
Disputes
The general Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, with Uppsala tingsrätt as the court of first instance. As a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory law of, and bring proceedings in, your country of residence where applicable law so requires.
